As a Sampling and Merchandiser at House of Anita Dongre, you will play a pivotal role in curating captivating sampling experiences and enhancing our brand's visibility through strategic merchandising initiatives.

Your responsibilities will encompass both creative and analytical aspects, including:

• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and retail, to develop comprehensive sampling and merchandising strategies that align with brand objectives and resonate with our target audience.

• Planning and executing sampling events at flagship stores, luxury boutiques, fashion exhibitions, and other relevant venues, ensuring that each interaction reflects the essence of our brand and the uniqueness of our collections.

• Crafting visually compelling sampling displays that showcase our garments in an aspirational light, leveraging your keen eye for aesthetics and trends to create immersive brand experiences.

• Engaging in a personalized and informative manner, providing styling advice, product knowledge, and an unparalleled level of service to cultivate lasting connections and drive sales.

• Orchestrating the distribution of garment samples and promotional materials in accordance with brand guidelines and quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence at every touchpoint.

• Proactively gathering and analyzing customer feedback, market trends, and sales data to derive actionable insights that inform product development, merchandising decisions, and future sampling initiatives.

• Maintaining meticulous inventory records of sampling materials and coordinating replenishment as necessary to support ongoing sampling activities and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Previous 3+ years of experience in fashion merchandising, retail sales, or customer service within the luxury fashion sector is highly preferred.

• A genuine passion for fashion and an innate understanding of style trends, coupled with the ability to articulate the unique value proposition of our garments and convey our brand's ethos to discerning clientele.

• Strong organizational acumen and attention to detail, complemented by the ability to multitask effectively, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Creative flair and a penchant for innovation, evidenced by your ability to conceptualize and execute engaging sampling experiences that captivate and inspire.
