Job Description - Product Solutions Manager

Job Description:

Industry Digital Solutions (IDS) team mandate at Mindsprint covers consulting, digital product management (DPM) and domain expertise.

This role involves solutions consulting and DPM for Sales/Customer Engagement areas.

Key elements of Digital Product Management (DPM) role are:

Product & Solutions Strategy:

  • Research and analyze market trends and customer goals to create product strategy & vision for solutions in Sales & Customer Engagement areas. These will include, but are not limited to e-commerce, customer engagement platforms, sales force automation initiatives, Order Management, distribution and connected logistics.
  • Identify opportunities for designing and implementing new digital solutions, secure buy-in & budgets.
  • Actively manage a pipeline of innovations; Work very closely with business leaders to define digital roadmaps based on customer value and feasibility.

Product Development & Execution:

  • Lead a team of digital solution managers and enhance DPM expertise within the IDS team.
  • Actively participate in solution definition, validation and implementation
  • Define and measure success metrics for project impact. Manage Product/ Project Budgets and P&L
  • Work closely with internal CX Solutions teams like Salesforce, SAP SD et al.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to members of the IDS team. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Stakeholder Management

  • Key stakeholders include Customer’s Digital/IT Heads, BU/Country management, and Mindsprint’s delivery teams.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships through proactive communication.

Product GTM:

  • Proactively scan the external environment and benchmark against competing solutions in this space.
  • Proactively work with Internal Sales, Partnership and technology architects to take solutions to market.

Key elements of Solutions Consulting role are:

Pre-Sales:

  • Partner with the pre-sales team to build proposals to be submitted to clients.
  • Prepare for client conversations and present a compelling narrative of Mindsprint’s digital solution capabilities.
  • Understand client’s business priorities and identify explicit and implicit opportunities for Mindsprint’s solutions/offering.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to build impactful digital collaterals and assets which can be used by the Mindsprint sales team to use in customer conversations.
  • Build understanding of select industry verticals (Food/Agri, CPG/Retail, etc.) and leverage that to contextualize Mindsprint’s solutions/offering.

Process and Solutions Consulting

  • Leverage experience in Sales & marketing strategy, Market assessment, Sales planning, Channel partner management, Sales processes - Territory planning / Key account management etc. for leading consulting programs.
  • Enable client's cross-functional in-house and agency teams to accelerate marketing, sales, demand generation, and customer success outcomes.
  • Help understand and accelerate key use cases with B2B sales technologies and tactics that we can bring to clients.

Profile Description:

  • University degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or related field disciplines) with an MBA from a tier-1 institute.
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience across digital product management and solutions consulting roles, preferably with one of the large technology or Management consulting firms.
  • Knowledge of cutting-edge digital solutions in the areas of e-commerce, logistics, AR/VR, Metaverse would be a significant advantage.
  • Exposure to Front office technology solutions Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce.com, Hubspot etc. would be an added advantage.
  • Strong consultative selling skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
