Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Production Support Engineer with a strong background in.NET technologies. This role requires technical proficiency in support processes (.NET, SQL, and Angular JS, excellent leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities.

• Experience should have 3+ years to 7 years.
• Application Support Experience of L1/L2 level
• Exposure to Production Support 24/7 Environment
• Knowledge on UNIX, Shell Scripting, Java, SQL, MQ and Cloud
• Experience in Incident Management, Escalations
• Sound Knowledge on Windows Server.
• Should have experience with Distributed Application Monitoring and Automation.
• Should have sound knowledge on MS SQL and .NET.
• Should have sound knowledge on Windows Server
• Good communication skill
