Real Estate Manager /Business Development Manager Retail

Client : One of TOP MNC Retail Company 

Role : On role 

Job Location : Ahmedabad(Fluency in Regional Language must)

Geographical Knowledge : West India

Responsibilities:

• Understanding of Geography to identify Potential trade areas across East States
  
• Understanding of Franchise Business model - Margin ,Investment, ROI.
  
• Hands on experience in dealing with the landlords , Lease renewals , Property Acquisition , negotiations with the landlords ,Understanding of P&L, R.O.I etc.
  
• Franchise Acquisition : Scout, Identify & Acquire new potential franchise
  partner from various sources
  
• Property Acquisition : Scout, Identify & closure of new potential site
  
• negotiations along with perspective franchise partner
  
• Proposal: Put forward final proposal to Property Committee for approval 
  
• Co-ordination: Liaison between franchise partner, Projects, Design ,Operations and assist the prospective franchise partner on the progress stage till the store is operational.
