Job Position: Based on skills & exprience

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Screen resumes and job applications.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Understand non-technical resource requirements proactively.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand non-technical staffing needs.
• Create and implement targeted recruitment plans to meet organizational goals.
• Communicate effectively with candidates providing updates and insights on recruitment progress.
• Posting job descriptions, as per the client’s requirements, on social media, career websites and other job portals.
