Job Description - Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy Development: Devise and implement innovative sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve targets.

- Sales Forecasting: Utilize market insights to forecast sales trends and develop plans to optimize performance.

- Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

- Performance Monitoring: Implement effective monitoring systems to track and evaluate team and individual performance.

- Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for market expansion and develop plans to penetrate new territories.

- Budget Management: Efficiently manage budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and implement risk mitigation strategies.

- Training and Development: Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.

Qualification:

- Proven experience in sales management with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Knowledge of the Bangalore market is a plus.

- Languages Preferred - Kannadiga, Hindi, English, Tamil

- Role - Team Leadership & Management / Sales Strategy Development/ Market Expansion & Performance Monitoring

- Skills - Senior person who take ownership and responsibility with Strong leadership and team management skills. - - Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive

in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

- Education - MBA Background

- Experience - Minimum 5 years

- Reporting to - CEO
