Trainee Test/QA Engineer

Objective: To design and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of software products.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements.
• Design and implement test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Execute both manual and automated tests.
• Identify, document, and track bugs.
• Perform regression testing to verify bug fixes.
• Participate in Agile-Scrum development processes.
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools and strategies.

Requirements

• Candidates from 2023 & 2024 passouts only.
• Basic understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Knowledge of programming languages like Java or Python is beneficial.
• Familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or Pytest.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Skills:

• Manual and automated testing.
• Writing and executing test cases.
• Bug tracking and reporting.
• API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies

Candidates will have to undergo a 4-step interview process that includes:

1) Online technical test,

2) Group discussion,

3) Technical discussion and

4) Managerial interview.

Selected candidates from Online test will be invited to our Hyderabad office for further process with 1 day prior notice.
