Job Description - Retail Marketing Executive

Location:- Pune and Hyderabad

A Retail Marketing executive will implement marketing campaigns and initiatives aligned with marketing objectives.

KRA

  • Regional Retail Marketing strategy: Execute marketing initiatives and campaigns in alignment with the regional strategy.
  • Sales Growth and Brand Awareness: Responsible for executing regional marketing strategies that enhance the brand awareness and impact sales growth.
  • Underperforming Stores: Identify the underperforming stores and implement targeted strategies to boost sales growth.
  • Regional New Market Development: Execute growth strategies for successful market expansion

Responsibilities:

  • Implement marketing campaigns and promotions within the assigned region, ensuring that they align with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Support the coordination of in-store events and promotional activities that attract customers, increase sales.
  • Execute new store launches activities and the strategies for the new store growth.
  • Implement targeted marketing campaigns to increase the sale of existing stores.
  • Identify underperforming stores within the region and implement market-specific strategies to boost sales growth.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to coordinate the delivery of promotional materials, displays, and other marketing collateral.
  • Ensuring that expenses are within budgetary constraints.
  • Ensure that all in-store marketing activities comply with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor the performance of in-store marketing initiatives and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is required
  • 2-4 years of retail marketing experience

Experience

  • Experience in execution of ATL and BLT marketing strategies
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles
  • Proficiency in executing new store launches, in-store events and promotional activities
  • Proficiency in boosting the sales of non performing stores.

Technical Proficiencies

  • Proficient in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).

Local Market Acumen

  • Familiar with local market trends, customer behaviors, and competition.

Achievements

  • Execution of marketing campaigns that lead to sales growth.
  • Successfully revitalized underperforming stores.
  • Execution of new store launch marketing initiatives.

Marketing Strategy Execution: Proficient in executing regional marketing strategies tailored to specific markets.
