Responsibilities:
- Implement marketing campaigns and promotions within the assigned region, ensuring that they align with the overall marketing strategy.
- Support the coordination of in-store events and promotional activities that attract customers, increase sales.
- Execute new store launches activities and the strategies for the new store growth.
- Implement targeted marketing campaigns to increase the sale of existing stores.
- Identify underperforming stores within the region and implement market-specific strategies to boost sales growth.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to coordinate the delivery of promotional materials, displays, and other marketing collateral.
- Ensuring that expenses are within budgetary constraints.
- Ensure that all in-store marketing activities comply with brand guidelines.
- Monitor the performance of in-store marketing initiatives and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Candidate Profile
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is required
- 2-4 years of retail marketing experience
Experience
- Experience in execution of ATL and BLT marketing strategies
- Solid understanding of marketing principles
- Proficiency in executing new store launches, in-store events and promotional activities
- Proficiency in boosting the sales of non performing stores.
Technical Proficiencies
- Proficient in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
