Finance
• Budget elaboration
• Ensure monitoring of costs & investments
• Support on key financial reports e.g., monthly volume forecasts, sell-out, RSPs trackers, market shares
Business Intelligence
• Lead and Develop Sales Ambassadors & Supervisors team
• Monitor key industry and competitor activity on promotions, prices, sales, etc
• Manage and implement on board activities of DF & TR customers in coordination with marketing team and agencies
• Support NSM in customer business reviews, strategy meetings, negotiations, and activation planning
• Prepare the planning and phasing per SKU and customer in coordination with the commercial team to submit the data to the Finance and Supply Chain department
• To build and nurture good relationships with our retailing partners
• Business development by identifying new growth opportunities
Marketing
• Planning and implement marketing activations to deliver a first-class consumer experience
• Retail project implementations
• Keep track of the latest brand guidelines (up to date visuals, e-retail)
• Communicate with the regional sales managers and the brand ambassadors to share product information, training decks, category advice and other products selling tools to optimize the brand’s message during the marketing activation
• Implement permanent merchandising together with Marketing Team.
