At Warp ‘n Weft we have been working intimately for over two decades with master weavers and the indigenous skill of handloom.  Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Retail Sales Assistant at Warp 'n Weft by Sagrika Rai located in Mumbai. The Retail Sales Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks associated with retail sales. These tasks include handling customer inquiries, processing sales transactions, establishing customer relationships, and maintaining store presentation standards. Qualifications Customer Service and Communication skills Retail Sales and Sales experience Customer Experience expertise Ability to maintain and exceed individual sales goals Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Prior experience in luxury retail is a plus Bachelor's or equivalent degree in any field Location: Marine Lines, Mumbai
