Key Responsibilities:

• Estimate Creation : Prepare accurate estimates that encompass all aspects of the printing process, from design to delivery.
• Team Coordination : Serve as the liaison between sales and production teams to ensure seamless operations and timely execution of print projects.
• Sales Management : Drive sales initiatives, set sales goals, and monitor performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Customer Service : Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring that all client queries and issues are resolved promptly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the printing industry, specifically in digital and offset print environments.
• Strong background in sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Proficient in MS Office and skilled in email writing.
