With our growing operations, we are looking at candidates to expand our retail portfolio. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Manager at The Pahadi Story in Mumbai. The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as developing retail channels, managing and overseeing the retail sales team, driving sales and achieving targets, providing excellent customer service, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Qualifications Retail Sales and Sales skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to create a positive customer experience Proven experience in retail sales or a similar role Knowledge of the retail industry and market trends Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to work well under pressure and multitask Attention to detail and organizational skills Experience in the fashion or lifestyle industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
