Job Description - Retail Sales Officer

  • Scope of the role
    • To assist customers in the sales process and ensure targets are met every month.
    • Job Profile
    Targets to be delivered every month Cross-sell products Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services) Greet and direct customers To provide Excellent Customer Service. Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
    • Key Deliverables
    Generate sales leads to complete your targets Build good rapport with the customers should have Good product Knowledge Flexible and Adaptable
    • The right person
    Any Degree with 1 3 years of experience in retail sales. Should be good at People, process and Product management. Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role Good communication skills in Tamil & English Should be a team player
    • Salary
    Based On Experience. Preferably Jewellery Background/Other Retail Sales Experience. Timings 10.00 Am to 9.00 Pm
