Role Description

As a Retail Store Sales Executive, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide them with personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience. Your role will involve demonstrating product features, handling transactions, and maintaining the visual appeal of our store.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding products
• Listen to customers' requirements and recommend appropriate products
• Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and promotions
• Demonstrate product usage and answer any questions customers may have
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately using our POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store to create an inviting atmosphere
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and proficiency in using POS software
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or retail management is a plus
