Role DescriptionJob Description:We are hiring Retail Sales Executives for store operations in Mantri Square Mall Bangalore. Your main role will be to represent our brand, provide excellent customer service, plan inventory, and display our exclusive range of products. You will be responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through their shopping experience.Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement Greet customers warmly as they enter the store, understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.Product Knowledge Develop an in-depth understanding of our offerings, including their features, materials, and craftsmanship, to effectively communicate their value to customers.Sales Generation Proactively engage with customers to drive sales and meet or exceed monthly targets.
