Team Pakka is looking for someone in Retail Sales who will be able to Build D2C & Modern Trade segment with strong partners leading to cost and delivery optimization and easy availability for retail customers

The key outcomes expected from one in this role would be:

· Ability to drive sales process from planning to closure for D2C, modern trade and ecommerce accounts

· Ability to understand and ensure profitability for each product, partner and customer

· Ability to form deep, personal relationships for customer retention and nurturing including Purchase/Product/Quality/Key Management

· Complete understanding of online retail and modern trade and ability to identify the right platform for listing Chuk

· Ability to completely understand pricing and costing and develop startegy to onboard the account accordingly.

· Relationship building, negotiation skills, knowledge and experience of filing RFQs and tenders. Understranding of accounts in terms of monthly tracking and reconciliation

· Ability to clearly forecast trends based on objective data analysis and market understanding

· Clear understanding of regional developments both micro and macro effecting future business

· Understanding of complete product space in the compostable food services and identification of customer desire and application of existing products

· Ability to understand market movements and advise product development for future innovations

· Ability to coordinate and build synchronisation with marketing to ensure efficacy in implementation

· Alignment of organisation, team and systems to be able to serve the segment

What you will bring to the table:

· Experience Level: 10 - 12 years

· MBA – In Marketing

· Excellent written & spoken business language

· Excellent Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills

· Advanced knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access

· Teamwork, High Integrity
