Job Description - Retail Salesperson

Company Description Free Society is a globally curated streetwear and sneakers boutique located in Mumbai. We are the first of its kind in India and a multi brand store with retail fashion brands curated from around the world. Our large collection of exclusive sneakers not easily available elsewhere in India sets us apart. We aspire to promote and advance street culture via facilitating access to very carefully curated merchandise, events, and knowledge. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Retail Salesperson role located in Mumbai. The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as providing excellent customer service, highlighting product knowledge, closing sales, and expanding the brand's sales volume. The Retail Salesperson is expected to maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while working with customers. Qualifications

Product Knowledge and Retail Sales skills
Communication and Customer Service skills
Sales skills
Ability to work well under pressure and in fast-paced environments
Ability to work with a diverse range of personalities and people
Experience in luxury retail or streetwear/sneaker industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field is a plus
