Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager at SG Maart. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for day-to-day store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing the store staff, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- 2 years of retail and retail management experience Demonstrated ability to train employees and be an effective salesperson
- Strong customer service, management and communication skills
- Experience in Store Management
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
- Leadership and Team Management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers
- Prior experience in the retail industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
