Role Overview:
As a Sales Associate/Sr. Sales Manager (L1/L2) at BRISKPE, you will play a pivotal role in the growth of the company, working closely with our sales & partnership team, focusing on lead generation and client onboarding. This role requires an individual with a strong background in sales, preferably in the banking or payments industry. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating leads, understanding client needs, and facilitating the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
– Research and identify potential clients in the target market.
– Utilize various channels and tools for lead generation.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies for effective lead conversion.
– Attend events and exhibitions to gather leads.
2. Client Onboarding:
– Engage with potential clients to understand their business requirements.
– Educate clients on BRISKPE’s services and value propositions.
– Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
3. Relationship Building:
– Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients.
– Act as a point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase.
– Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and improve strategies.
4. Market Research:
– Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
– Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on market intelligence.
5. Reporting:
– Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and client interactions.
– Prepare regular reports on lead conversion and onboarding progress.
Minimum Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree is mandatory requirement and PG in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
– Proven experience in sales, particularly in the banking or payments industry (Domestic retail payment not desirable).
– Familiarity with cross-border payments and financial services in a sales or client-facing role is preferred.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
– Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
– Understanding of business ethics and compliance with regulatory requirements
