Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Retail Sales Manager at Curefoods (EatFit) located in Chennai. The Senior Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of retail sales, ensuring excellent customer service and experience. They will be involved in sales strategy, customer relationship management, and team leadership.
Job Description
- Build retail sales channel for Ovenfresh for bakery products in Chennai and other cities in South India through a network of distributors
- Achieve Annual and Quarterly sales and profitability targets for the channel
- Build sales on the quick commerce / e-commerce platforms (Zepto/Instamart/Big Basket)
- Build sales through Modern Trade stores and large supermarket chains
- Lead a team of Sales and Collections Associates
- Ensure timely collections of payments
Qualifications
Retail Sales and Sales skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience in providing excellent customer experience
Ability to lead and manage a team
