Role: Solution Architect or Innovation Architect

Experience: 8 -15 yrs

Work Days : Monday to Friday.

Location - Remote/Hybrid

Must Have: Architect

Domain -Retail, healthcare, Manufacturing, BFSI

Responsibilities :

1. Lead the design and development of innovative technical solutions that address business challenges and drive growth.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and develop concepts for new products, services, or processes.

3. Develop technical strategies and roadmaps to implement innovative solutions, considering factors such as scalability, security, and performance.

4. Research emerging technologies and trends to stay updated on industry developments and identify opportunities for innovation.

5. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring that best practices are followed and technical excellence is maintained.

6. Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks that can enhance our technical capabilities and drive innovation.

7. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.

8. Lead the implementation of innovative solutions, overseeing the development process and ensuring that project milestones are met.

9. Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

2. 10+ years of software development experience, focusing on architecture and innovation.

3. Proven track record of leading the design and development of innovative technical solutions.

4. Experience with a variety of programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

7. Experience with cloud technologies, NVIDIA, AI/ ML is a plus

8. Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
