We seeking to hire Sr Manager or General Manager -  High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) in our Retail Fundraising department.

Job Profile

The HNI (High Net Worth Individual) Sr Manager in Fundraising is responsible for leading the efforts to secure funding from high net worth individuals for Swades Foundation

The sr manager will develop and implement strategies to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major gift prospects in support of the organizations mission and strategic priorities

The Sr HNI Manager will work closely with head of Retail to develop and implement strategies that will lead to increased revenue from major gift donors

Key Responsibilities-

• Develop and implement strategies to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major gift prospects, including high net worth individuals, for the organization
• Build and maintain a portfolio of major gift donors, ensuring they are properly stewarded to maximize their engagement, involvement, and investment in the organization.
• Work closely with the fundraising team to ensure that major gift strategies are aligned with overall fundraising goals and objectives.
• Develop personalized solicitation plans for each major gift donor, including the development of compelling proposals, presentations, and other materials that will be used to secure their support.
• Identify and participate in major gift fundraising events, as well as other donor cultivation events, to build relationships with prospects and donors
• Establish and maintain relationships with other the organizations and key stakeholders in the community to identify potential major gift donors and fundraising opportunities
• Ensure that all major gift donor interactions are accurately recorded in the fundraising database and other relevant systems

Qualifications/ Experience & other requirement

1. Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, communications, or non-profit management.
2. 10+ years of experience in major gift fundraising, with a focus on high net worth individuals.
3. Demonstrated success in identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major gift donors
4. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling proposals and presentations
6. Knowledge of fundraising best practices, trends in philanthropy, and the non-profit sector
7. Experience with fundraising databases and other relevant systems
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
