Qualifications and Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in retail management
• Proven experience in P&L management and stock control
• Strong knowledge of retail sales metrics and operations
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Ability to optimize store performance and reduce shrinkage
• Familiar with retail store operations and technology platforms
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Smart Grocery store
• Ensure efficient store operations and customer satisfaction
• Implement strategies to drive sales and meet targets
• Oversee P&L, stock management, and minimize shrinkage
• Lead and develop a high-performing store team
• Maintain excellent store presentation and cleanliness
