Job Title Territory Manager - Resources
Grade - Chief Manager / AGM based on experience
Job Essentials Domain Knowledge: -
¿ The candidate should have extensive experience in the Banking / NBFC.
Specifically, in Retail Banking, and Operations.
¿ Sound understanding of the financial services (banking and NBFC)
market and regulatory environment in India.
¿ Additional experience in capital markets and debt markets / and working
knowledge of NBFC sector interplays would be valuable.
¿ Handled leadership roles in banks/NBFC with min team size of 5 team
member's.
Skills
In-depth understanding of the economic and business environment in the
banking industry
. Expertise in areas such as -Business development, Target Setting,
Strategy, Stake holder Management.
. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
. Good leadership qualities.
. Client relationship management and account management skills.
Experience in handling mid to large-size HNI's.
. Experience in managing high profile CFO/CEO relationships.
. Excellent people management skills.
. High Problem solving skills.
. Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power Point.

. Willingness to travel extensively.
. High initiative and drive, positive attitude and high commitment.
. Maturity and ability to handle high pressure.

. Manage a Zone /region with multiple Resource Manager reporting.
. Business Development and Client service.
. Manage multiple stakeholders and manage performance.
. Manage a personal Target for corporate deposits and NCD
