Role: State head/ Cluster Head/State Head Location : PAN India

Experience: 10 + years in Direct sales/ B2B Sales/ Merchant Acquisition / Retail Sales (Not Stores experience) Telecom Sales/ Digital Payment.

Field sales & Team handling experience is a must.

Industry : Digital payments & Telecom sales experience will be preferred.

Profile Summary: Sales Cluster Head

Dynamic and results-driven Sales Cluster Head with over 7-10 yrs plus of experience in driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales teams, and implementing strategic initiatives to maximize market penetration. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering strong client relationships across diverse industries.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

● Develop strategy for acquisition of merchants, retailers from various segments

● Being responsible for sourcing, generating, closing new acquisition & activations signing leads

● Manage the team of direct sales people

● Coach & mentor the team in acquisition and relationship management

● Plan, formulate and implement promotional strategies to increase market penetration and visibility

● Travel across the city to develop a market

● Achieve sales targets

Key Competencies:

● 7-10 years of relevant sales experience

● Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them

● Strong analytical and quantitative skills

● Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask

● Strong leadership and team building skills
