Position Summary:

Vodex.ai is seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic Sales team. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales efforts for our cutting-edge SaaS (Software as a Service) product within the US market. Your primary focus will be on closing sales deals ranging from $2,000 to $7,000, engaging with prospective clients, and nurturing relationships to drive revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the designated market segment.
  • Prospecting and Client Engagement: Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals, to understand their needs and position our SaaS product effectively.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments to comprehend client pain points and business requirements, presenting tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-ups and proactive communication to move leads through the pipeline efficiently.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure: Utilize persuasive selling techniques and negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure agreements, consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through regular communication, addressing concerns, and providing ongoing support.
  • Market Insights and Feedback: Gather market feedback, competitor insights, and customer needs to collaborate with the product and marketing teams, contributing to the enhancement of our product offerings.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of 3 to 5 years in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on selling SaaS products or related technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets in a quota-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing, with exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an office-based team environment.
