Responsibilities: Customer Support: Responsibility for Customer breakdown calls in Mumbai Region & to maintain the Uptime. Planning and completion on time. The UPTIME of units as per the commitments. To site for supporting the team and for call resolution. Management based on the Install base. Review time to time to make sure no shortage of spares. Technical Support: Technical support/service extended for unsolved/ Critical locations and complete on time. To field engineers to resolve the issues on time. Clients regularly to understand their requirements and take action accordingly. In supporting datacenter, IT clients having UPS capacity >1000kVA Training to engineers trainings Failure analysis: For preparing Root cause analysis report and submitting to the customers. Failure analysis of the region during internal management meetings and suggest corrective actions. Other activities: Follow-up in the region and ensure Zero Accidents / Incidents. Good in PPT presentation & MS office Should mention right entries of calls in the system and make sure error free data base. Support for site power audit, solutions, UPS capacity sizing and recommendations Clarifications to Sales and project team with the required data. Person Installation and commissioning support to the critical projects. Languages like Hindi& Marathi are more preferable.
