Responsibilities: - Represent Exicom in key podiums/ platforms and showcase technical prowess of Exicom BMS solutions. - Gain market intelligence on features and price offerings of the competition and drive the technical team to build meaningful and relevant products with USP - Represent Exicom in government led consortiums on Battery safety, Standardization, Charging etc… - Engaging New customers, understanding Medium to Long term roadmap and identify areas of convergence - Preparing Strategic Plan for Key accounts - Facilitating Technical presentations and successfully leading Proof of Concept - Leading Pre-Sales activities: - Establishing initial contacts - Securing slots for Technical presentations/ Value Pitch - Placing smart bets especially in the evolving EV Ecosystem - Securing RFQ/ RFI from potential customers - Understanding customer needs and providing inputs to R & D to prepare a Technical Proposal - End to end responsibility of the Accounts assigned - Market Segmentation and creating a differentiated Product strategy for each Segment - Creating a list of Suspects and converting the promising ones to Prospects - Making Commercial proposals and securing Long Term Business awards - Contract Management/ Pricing/ Change Management - Managing relations at all levels in the Customer Organization - Making Business case and Business Modelling - Regularly update knowledge about the dynamic market trends in the relevant industry and give feedback to the management to adopt market strategies - Constant mapping of competition and products in the market segment and give feedback to the management - Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. - Experience Required: Preferably B. Tech with MBA with minimum 15-20 years of experience, with 2/3W Auto OEMs. Should have knowledge about the procurement/product development process of an Auto OEM. Preferred Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to engage with customers at various levels Agility and responsiveness Good understanding of Business plan and Business case Comfortable in working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 OEM’s Self-driven and Go getter Customer Centric Driving Cross Functional Team Having good interpersonal skills Being able to travel frequently Ability to discuss basic technical aspects of product/solution with the prospects Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
