Roles & Responsibilities - Own the entire BPO transition lifecycle: From planning and scoping to cutover and post-implementation support, you will be the single point of contact, overseeing every aspect of the project. - Proactive risk management: Anticipate potential roadblocks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth sailing throughout the transition. - Budget and timeline adherence: Manage project finances effectively and deliver within the agreed-upon timeframe, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged. - Process mapping and optimization: Analyze current F&A processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement streamlined procedures within the new BPO environment. - Knowledge transfer and training: Bridge the gap between the incumbent team and the BPO provider, facilitating effective knowledge transfer and training to ensure seamless continuity. - Communication and collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering clear communication and collaboration throughout the transition process. Skills Required - 12+ years of experience managing complex projects, preferably within the F&A domain. - Solid understanding of F&A processes and best practices. - Proven track record of successful BPO transition projects. - Strong project management skills: Excellent planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management abilities. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills: Build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders. - Analytical and problem-solving skills: Identify and resolve issues effectively. - Accounting degree preferred. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
