Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the laminate industry, with a proven track record of driving sales and building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the laminate segment.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Provide product knowledge and technical support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential threats and opportunities.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Coordinate with the marketing department to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Train and mentor junior sales staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
