Job Title: Assistant Manager Department: Corporate Sales - Health Exp: 3+ yrs || Location: Gurgaon Salary: up to 6.5 LPA ~ 5 days working ~ Must be comfortable in field for client meetings SUMMARY OF THE JOB : This position is for the direct (fresh) sales role. This is a key role for the company as this team is charged with getting new clients. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY : You need to focus on Health clients / companies. The person has the primary responsibility of building and maintaining a relationship with clients. Once a new client is acquired, the person has to support the transition, over a one year period, to the retention team. Actively manage the sales process: lead generation, credentials pitch, consultative questioning, solutions pitch, negotiations, and closing Lead and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any other documentation following company procedures. CANDIDATE BACKGROUND : Commercial insurance experience, e.g. in Group Health B2B sales experience is a must in Health Insurance. Strong drive to handle clients and teams in an independent way. DESIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES : A strong problem-solving approach Strong communication and comfort in engaging with senior client executives Proven ability to work and collaborate with other functions.
