Projects is one of the important strategy in sales. To manage the Projects department for East Zone. Being part of sales department to align with Sales collogues zonal managers and work as a team. The same need to be maintained down the line. The take care of various stages of projects from offering to handing over through all the departments internally. Represent Dräger to the Customers in East Zone. Identify brown and green field projects and make necessary efforts that Draeger is considered as a preferred turnkey solution provider. Establish business-plan according to the new hospital projects coming up in East Zone. Should be able to take control of customers, partners needs and accordingly plan the execution of the projects. Should be able to drive the project team to generate more market coverage and business in their respective area in order to achieve the budget. Meet the key stake holders, investers, architects and planners and establish contacts. Target achievement : Business planning and strategy execution of project business to achieve the project budget of South Zone. Maintain adequate funnel to have good hit rate and achieve the budget. Project Excellence: Should be able to maximise from the Draeger portfolio. Try to get atleast 3 SBF's from the Draeger portfolio in each projects. Should be able to manage all the divisions in the project department like Planning department, Project Sales, Project Execution team.
