Assistant Sales Manager

Job Description: Assistant Sales Manager (Automobile) Location: North East Position Type: Full-time Please Note : we are specifically looking for candidates with experience in automobile (car, two wheeler) with loan financing background Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our client as an Assistant Sales Manager in the North East region. In this role, you will be responsible for channel management, customer financing, stakeholder interactions, and post-disbursal documentation. You will play a crucial role in driving sales target achievement, ensuring compliance on collaterals, and maintaining a strong portfolio mix. Key Responsibilities: Offer finance schemes to customers and execute key metrics such as WIRR, PF, and declined ratio. Interact with the credit department for loan approvals, ensuring adherence to company policies. Disburse customer loans and manage dealership relationships to facilitate timely delivery. Maintain transparency with dealerships by providing finance updates and monthly MIS. Collect post-disbursement documents from dealerships and customers for portfolio management. Drive achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) including penetration, WIRR, PF, VAS, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate internally with various departments and externally with customers and dealer finance teams. Handle refusals, contingency plans, and crises effectively while managing multiple stakeholders. Make key decisions regarding rate recommendations, customer profiling, and pricing strategies. Manage direct reports and ensure achievement of sales targets. Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's degree in any field. 3-6 years of experience in sales, preferably with knowledge of finance. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively. Dedication to achieving targets and ability to work under pressure. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
