Personality
We are seeking a transparent go-getter, highly motivated, self-aware, and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager (field work only) to join our team as an individual contributor. In this role, you will be responsible for technology SaaS sales (on field sales) within your designated city. Your primary objective will be to exceed individual sales targets while building and maintaining strong customer relationships for further growth.
Basic Responsibilities
- This is an individual contribution and field role in a team, and your respective sales targets need to be met all by yourself only. Additionally, the company will provide support in terms of tools and data within its capacity. The primary focus will be on the capital city, and then we can expand further as we progress.
- Should be a great storyteller and convey the product's current and future benefits with real-time examples to doctors, clinics, and hospitals.
- Should be good at demonstrating the product to doctors, clinics, and hospitals and converting them to subscribe to our services.
- Plan and execute sales techniques that expand quickly with little or no additional resources.
- Perform self-performance monitoring and analysis every week to make aggressive progress towards goals and targets.
Basic Sale Cycle
- Schedule an appointment with the clinic or doctor at their clinic.
- Demonstrate the SaaS HealthTech products and benefits on your laptop.
- Convince the doctor to subscribe to our services with either annual or half-yearly subscriptions.
- Get the MOU signed and receive the payment.
- Deliver the SaaS platform with the necessary configurations.
