Implement Sales Training and Pitching Processes: Develop and implement effective sales training programs to equip our team with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. Fine-tune pitching processes to ensure maximum impact and conversion rates. 3. Team Handling: Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results. Provide guidance, support, and coaching to help team members reach their full potential. 4. Monitor and Submit Periodic Daily Reports: Keep a close eye on sales activities and performance metrics. Conduct Meetings with Government Officials and Temple Committee: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials and temple committee members. Represent the company professionally and seek opportunities for collaboration and partnership. Job Requirements: Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2C sales or FMCG. Demonstrated experience in team handling and leadership. Willingness to relocate to the vibrant city of Varanasi. Door-to-door marketing experience is a plus and will be highly regarded.
