You will lead initiatives to generate new business and engage with potential partners. You must be focused and have strong communication skills and interpersonal relationships. You should be able to think critically and strategically.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong attention to detail work ethic, and functions well both, independently and within the construct of the larger Matrix environment.
What will your week include?
Create, build and maintain relationships with key brands and agencies
Provide strategic support to brands and agencies and guide their celebrity activations
Nurture relationships and use strategies to create more meaningful associations between brands and artistes
Negotiate, oversee paperwork and oversee end to end execution of the campaign. Ensuring client delight will be your key responsibility
Work with the artistes to understand their content and focus areas. Identify relevant brands within each of these areas, both established multinationals but also start ups and D2C brands
Working with teams to bring on brand sponsors for artiste-led IPs
Manage multiple digital projects to ensure deadlines are met, reporting is thorough
Ensure brand feedback is captured and translated to internal teams
Stay up to date with the latest influencer marketing trends including disclosure requirements and performance best practices
Act as a champion and evangelist for the value of thoughtful, rigorous and creative digital marketing
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, we're hiring across experience levels
Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects is crucial
Preferred Qualifications
Proven ability to lead and manage multiple medium to large-sized projects simultaneously across varying talent
Clear understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, importance and role of influencer marketing, best practices
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop influencer plans
Strong research and strategy skills, as well as the ability to interact with clients professionally and maintain relationships with celebrity talent
Ability to work effectively with the existing Matrix infrastructure across different functions, demonstrating a consistently high level of verbal and written communications.
