Job Description: Hero MotoCorp, a leading motorcycle and scooter manufacturer, is seeking a dynamic and capable Business Development Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from Kolkata, West Bengal, IN and is at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Research and identify new business opportunities and partnerships - Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business growth opportunities - Support the development and execution of strategic plans to drive business growth - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives - Prepare and present business proposals and reports to senior management - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in business development or sales - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Hardworking and reliable with a strong work ethic - Innovative thinking and strategic planning skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
