iDesign.Market is based out of New Delhi, India and is a leading B2B SaaS for Interior Designers and Architects. The product is currently being used by some of the leading designs companies in India and Middle East. The company is backed by investors such as Brigade Reap of Brigade Enterprises, Jaipur Rugs and many leading tech entrepreneurs who are a part of our advisory board also. The company is growing at a rapid pace and is looking to establish a strong presence in the Interior and Construction Tech segment.
You’ll work closely with Ashish, a 2x entrepreneur who has over a decade of experience in AEC Industry having worked in International banking in London, Dubai and Singapore; and Sunil, who is a proven product and tech leader having worked with multiple unicorns and who specializes in taking companies successfully from 0 to 1 and 1 to 100.
Ideal place to to grow and scale a tech company from 1 to 100.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Sales Manager at iDesign.Market in Delhi, India. The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, generating leads, overseeing sales operations, and providing excellent customer service.
You will also get an opportunity to manages a sales team as you achieve your own personal targets.
Qualifications
Sales, Account Management, and Customer Service skills
Experience in lead generation and sales operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Proven track record of meeting sales targets
Knowledge of the industry and market trends
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Remuneration
The role is high on incentives with steep performance bases incentives. The salary will be between RS 35k to Rs 50k per month with opportunity to earn monthly incentives or Rs 1 Lacs upwards. Further, if you are managing a team, you will be entitles to additional incentives if your team achieves monthly targets.

The team is being led by Ashish Dhingra, a alumnus of XIM Bhubaneswar and School of Planning & Architecture, who has a deep domain experience in Interiors, and Sunil Bhakuni who bring with him years of experience in technology with start-ups like Jabong.com, Cardekho, AWS and Lenskart.
