Counter Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
• Provide detailed information about jewellery products, including stones, cuts, and metal types.
• Help customers make selections by building customer confidence and offering suggestions and opinions.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales counter.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and current promotions.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
