Job Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious, eager, and self-motivated Digital Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. This commission-based role is integral to our business growth strategy, focusing on generating service and product sales through proactive engagement with potential clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, integrity, and the ability to operate within the legal framework of Illinois law.

Key Responsibilities:

Phone and Email Pitching: Effectively pitch our HR consulting services and products to business leads via phone and email, utilizing persuasive communication techniques to highlight the value of our offerings.

Cold-Calling Prospects: Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold-calling, building initial rapport, and identifying key decision-makers within organizations.
Prospecting Potential Business Leads: Conduct thorough research to identify and target potential business leads, utilizing various tools and platforms to gather relevant information.

Customer Relationship Management: Utilize and manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to track interactions, follow-ups, and progress with leads and clients.
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with organizations and the community, positioning our firm as a trusted partner for HR consulting services.

Sales Generation: Drive sales of our services and products by understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and closing deals.
