Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team for our Navi Mumbai Location. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, acquiring new clients, and building strong relationships with travel partners and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for travel.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and expand the client base.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Actively promote and sell travel packages, tours, and other travel-related products/services to clients.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients based on their travel preferences, interests, and budget.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company's services and build brand awareness.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients, highlighting the value proposition of our travel offerings.
- Monitor sales performance, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; additional certification in sales or travel industry preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales roles, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales.
- Strong knowledge of the travel industry, including destinations, accommodations, and travel products/services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and partners.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed targets and achieve sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues across different departments.
