Role Description
This is a full-time job for a Salesperson at Axtrons Automotive. The Salesperson will be required to identify, develop, and maintain relationships with customers and promote our products/services to increase sales and profitability. The Salesperson will act as a link between customers and the company, providing information and support to customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases and services.
· Visiting 10-15 clients a day to pitch them Axtrons products.
· Generate prospects and share with your manager all data pertaining to market
· Manage objection handling of customers with respect to product, competition, pricing & expectations.
· Work on weekly / monthly targets and ensure adherence to short and long-term goals of the growth
· Create brand visibility of Axtrons in the market.
Requirements:
·0-2 years of work experience in client-facing B2B roles
· Skillsets: Hustler, Street Smart,.
· Team player and a strong people person
· Bike & DL is a must since it is a traveling job
Qualifications
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
Understanding of sales principles and techniques
Basic knowledge of the automotive industry
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
