Atishay Limited is a BSE listed IT & Software solutions company with over 300 employees. Predominantly involved in government projects, Atishay has a pan India presence with its registered office in Mumbai. The company serves various state governments like Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, and Himachal Pradesh.

Profile Brief

The Government Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and lead generation within the government sector. The candidate will manage the sales process for tenders, including documentation and submission, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.

Job Description

  • Identify new business opportunities and lead generation within the government sector.
  • Manage and oversee the sales process for tenders, including documentation and submission.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including technical and project management, to meet customer needs and deliver on sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the government sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with government departments.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Understand the tender process in government departments and participate in bidding and tender submissions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT & Software sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the government tender process.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and lead a sales team

Notes

The role is based in Mumbai and is a permanent, on-site role. The salary offered is up to 18 LPA (INR) + target based incentives.
