We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior eCommerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of eCommerce activities including cataloging, product listing, managing marketplaces, website maintenance, and other related responsibilities. Responsibilities: Catalog Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information within the catalog. Maintain consistency and organization of product data. Product Listing: Create compelling product listings across various eCommerce platforms. Optimize product titles, descriptions, and images for maximum visibility and sales. Marketplace Management: Manage and optimize listings on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, etc. Monitor marketplace performance metrics and implement strategies to improve sales and visibility. Website Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and updates of the eCommerce website. Ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience. eCommerce Operations: Support day-to-day eCommerce operations including order processing, inventory management, and customer inquiries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Data Analysis: Analyze eCommerce performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field. Previous experience (1-2 years) in eCommerce, preferably in a similar role. Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and marketplaces. Proficiency in catalog management tools and software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
