For two decades, Vedanta has been contributing significantly to nation building, developing indigenous capabilities and fostering self-reliance.To partner with us in this exciting journey and unlock new values for the business, we are looking for passionate professionals in the position of Head Sales Accounting Group Finance, Jharsuguda.Roles and ResponsibilitiesOversee day to day financial operations and transactionsCoordinate and conduct internal audits to assess compliance with company policies and proceduresMonitor budgetary allocations and expenditures to ensure alignment with organizational goalsLiaise with external auditors and regulatory agencies as necessary to facilitate audits and compliance reviewsReview and analyze financial statements and reports for accuracy and completenessEnsure accurate recording and reporting of financial dataDrive automation initiatives to streamline sales, accounts, and business controllership processes, improving efficiency and accuracyStay abreast of changes in accounting standards and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance and adherence to best practicesEducation Qualification | Work-Ex| Desired AttributesBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
