Job brief:
Shaip Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales / Business Development Manager to join our team and uphold our commitment to unparalleled client and employee satisfaction. Your primary responsibility is to sustain the success of our daily business practices and drive forward a new era of growth. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales, presales, marketing, operations, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful closure of deals.
Role Objective:
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and drive growth
• Foster and expand relationships with strategic partners
• Establish cost parameters and oversee the overall P&L of the company/division
• Provide insightful data analytics on sales, partners, and market trends
• Create and update rolling 3-month sales forecasts and targeting sales attainment plans
• Contribute to competitive analysis and pricing strategy development
• Support customer-facing operations, including sales and presales
• Maintain client relationships and identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, presales, marketing, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure successful closure of deals
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Inside sales/ business development manager in US Software Sales
• Proven track record in business and strategy development processes
• Exceptional composure in fast-paced business environments
• Strong leadership skills, particularly in coaching and developing employees
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a US time zone
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) & Sales prospecting tools (e.g,.Sales Navigator)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in business, management, or a related field
• Previous experience in data analysis and financial/budgetary processes
• Industry experience and up-to-date knowledge of relevant trends
• Knowledge of SFDC and other relevant sales tools and techniques
• Experience in software-as-a-service (SaaS) or related technology industries
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partner
