EXPERIENCE
Duties you'll be entrusted with:
Client Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential clients to introduce our services and establish initial connections. Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and provide information about our offerings.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our infrastructure services, staff augmentation, managed IT services, and manpower staffing solutions. Effectively communicate the value propositions and benefits of our services to potential clients.
Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and timeline.
Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual presentations to showcase our services and address potential client queries. Work towards converting leads into sales opportunities.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to manage and nurture the sales pipeline.
Target Achievement: Work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company.  Client Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential clients to introduce our services and establish initial connections. Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and provide information about our offerings.

Expectations from you:
Basic Requirements
1-2 years of relevant sales experience (inside sales is preferred)
Bachelor's degree (B.Sc / M.Sc., / BE in Electronics & Telecom / IT / Computer Science, or BMS/BBA preferred)
Proven experience as an Inside Sales Executive in a similar industry.
Excellent spoken and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
Familiarity with infrastructure services, staff augmentation, managed IT services, or manpower staffing is advantageous.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong sense of initiative
Knowledge of the IT services and staffing industry.
Self-motivated and ambitious with a drive to succeed.
