Responsibilities:
Team Leadership :Manage and lead a team of inside sales executives.Provide guidance, training, and motivation to ensure team members achieve sales targets.Sales Strategy Development :Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet company objectives.Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.Lead Generation :Oversee the generation and qualification of leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.Client Engagement :Assist team members in engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and promote company products and services effectively.Sales Performance Monitoring :Monitor team performance and sales activities to ensure targets are met or exceeded.Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to improve their sales skills and performance.Pipeline Management :Manage and maintain sales pipelines and CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities accurately.Client Relationship Management :Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and maximize repeat business opportunities.Address client concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Sales Reporting :Generate and analyze sales reports to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.Provide regular updates to senior management on sales achievements, challenges, and forecasts.Market Research :Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, stay updated on industry trends, and monitor competitors' activities.Collaboration :Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to support sales efforts and achieve company goals.
Job Location: KolkataEligibility: Graduate with 2 years of experience in Tele Sales or Inside Sales with excellent communication skills.Annual CTC: 4 Lakhs - 5 Lakhs / PA
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field.Minimum of 4 years of experience in Tele Sales or Inside Sales.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools is preferred.
