Job Title: Sales Representative/Counselor

Are you passionate about culinary arts and eager to share your knowledge with aspiring chefs? Our institute, affiliated with Swiss University Group and City & Guilds London is seeking a Sales Representative/Program Counselor to join our team in Bangalore.

Location: Bangalore, India (On-site/Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming sales inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm, guiding potential students through our courses and programs.

- Maintain accurate sales and student data using Google Sheets and our CRM system, ensuring confidentiality and data security.

- Conduct engaging tours of our facilities, showcasing our state-of-the-art equipment and learning environment.

- Assist students with the enrollment process, explaining course details, curriculum, career opportunities, and international accreditations.

- Provide personalized counseling to students and their parents, addressing questions about internships, education loans, and industry trends.

- Promote our courses through outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media posts, contributing to our organic lead generation efforts.

- Collaborate with our management team to address student needs, escalate important issues, and contribute to a positive and supportive work culture.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in sales, counseling, or customer service preferred.

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.

- A strong desire to help students achieve their career goals.

- Proficiency in Google Sheets and CRM systems, or a willingness to learn.

- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
