Purpose of Job:

As an Inside Sales Representative at Black Box, you'll be a vital contributor to our growth strategy in the dynamic markets of Southeast Asia, Australia/New Zealand, and India. Your primary focus will be to spearhead outreach efforts through cold calling and email campaigns, engaging key stakeholders within targeted vertical markets to generate new leads and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Targeted Market Engagement: Identify and research potential leads within specific vertical markets in SEA, ANZ, and India. Craft personalized cold emails and calls to key decision-makers, initiating conversations that resonate with their business needs.

Lead Generation: Utilize your proactive approach to generate high-quality leads and create opportunities for the sales team. Nurture these leads through effective communication and strategic follow-ups.

Sales Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer pain points and tailor outreach strategies accordingly. Provide valuable insights from customer interactions to optimize sales approaches.

Alignment with Marketing Strategies: Work closely with the APAC Marketing team to ensure alignment with overarching marketing campaigns and messaging. Provide feedback on campaign effectiveness based on prospect interactions.

Performance Tracking: Maintain meticulous records of outreach activities, responses, and conversions. Continuously analyze and improve outreach strategies based on performance metrics.

Requirements:

Experience: Demonstrated success (3 years+) in inside sales, preferably within the technology industry or related vertical markets in SEA, ANZ, or India.

Cold Outreach Expertise: Proven ability in cold calling, crafting compelling emails, and initiating meaningful conversations with key stakeholders to generate leads.

Targeted Market Understanding: Familiarity with targeted vertical markets in SEA, ANZ, or India, understanding their challenges and trends to tailor outreach strategies effectively.

Collaborative Skills: Ability to work seamlessly with both sales and marketing teams, sharing insights, and aligning strategies for mutual success.

Results-Driven: Strong commitment to meeting and exceeding targets, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes through proactive outreach efforts.
